1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Payment made but the service has not yet been started
  • Service purchased is unavailable or cannot be delivered due to internal reasons

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If application processing/document preparation has started
  • If you provide incorrect information or incomplete documents
  • If a government authority rejects your application
  • If you change your mind after placing an order
  • If delays occur due to government portal issues

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before our team begins the processing of your application. Once the documentation or verification work has started, cancellation cannot be performed.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

5. Service Delivery Timeline

Since we offer consultancy services related to government applications, service initiation starts soon after successful payment and form submission. Therefore, customers are advised to review all information before submitting.
