Who We Are

We are a private proprietorship consultancy firm based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. We assist entrepreneurs and businesses with government registrations and compliance — including IEC, FSSAI, Udyam/MSME registrations, GST return assistance and related advisory services.

Important Notice

By using our services you acknowledge that E India Business Solutions is a private consultancy and not a government body. You agree to our professional fees and to any government fees necessary for processing your application.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://eibs.in and the services offered by E India Business Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide consultancy and facilitation services for IEC, FSSAI, MSME/Udyam registration, GST filings and related compliance services. We act as your representative for preparing and submitting applications based on the information you supply.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Upload genuine documents required for processing.
  • Respond promptly to information requests from our team.

4. Payment & Fees

All payments are for consultancy services. Government fees (where applicable) are charged separately or included in the price as clearly indicated. Payment must be made before work begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

We prepare and submit applications based on your inputs. Final approvals are subject to government authorities. E India Business Solutions is not liable for rejections, delays, or decisions made by government bodies. Our liability is limited to the consultancy fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

We protect data using SSL encryption and restricted access. Documents are accessible only to authorized case managers. While we take strong security measures, no internet system is perfectly secure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Promise

If we fail to process your application due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are limited once work has started or government fees have been paid by us.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate or accidental payments (full refund upon verification).
  • Cancellations requested before our team begins processing your file.
  • If we are unable to provide the purchased service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once government fees have been paid (that portion is non-refundable).
  • If processing/drafting has started.
  • Rejection by government due to applicant ineligibility or incorrect documents.
  • Change of mind after service initiation.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets processed through RBI-approved payment gateways (e.g., BasisPay, Razorpay, PhonePe). Payment methods available at checkout will be displayed during payment.

2. Pricing Structure

All pricing shown on the website includes our consultancy fee and any additional government fees explicitly stated. GST (where applicable) is shown separately or included in the total price as indicated.

3. Payment Security

All payment transactions are handled by PCI-compliant, RBI-licensed payment aggregators. We do NOT store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment pages and APIs are encrypted (HTTPS/SSL).

4. Payment Confirmation & Receipt

After successful payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation and invoice by email. Keep the transaction ID for any future communication.

5. Payment Failures & Retries

If a payment fails, do not attempt multiple consecutive transactions without waiting. Contact support at help@eibs.in for assistance and verification of pending transactions.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers may raise chargebacks with their card issuer or bank. We will cooperate with the payment gateway and bank investigations. If a chargeback is unwarranted (e.g., service was provided), we may contest it with supporting records.

7. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud. Suspicious transactions may be held for manual review. We may request additional verification documents before processing high-risk orders.

8. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method. Timeline for funds to reflect depends on the gateway/bank processing times.

We acknowledge requests within 48 hours; simple queries are typically resolved within 3 working days. Complex matters may take longer.

4. Escalation

If your issue is not resolved, escalate to help@eibs.in with your application ID and reference number.

We use SSL (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Documents are stored on secure cloud servers with restricted access. Only authorized personnel handling your case can access your documents.

3. Data Breach Protocol
