1. Accepted Payment Methods

We strive to make transactions convenient for our clients. We accept payments through the following modes via our secure payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.):

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro.
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM.
  • Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.

2. Fee Breakdown

We believe in complete transparency. The total amount paid by you on our website includes:

  • Government Fee: The statutory fee that is paid directly to the respective government department (e.g., ₹500 for IEC).
  • Professional Fee: The service charge retained by EIBS for consultancy, document verification, and filing services.
  • GST: Goods and Services Tax (currently 18%) applicable on the Professional Fee component.

3. Payment Security

Your financial security is paramount. EIBS uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, or net banking passwords on our servers. All transactions are processed directly through RBI-authorized payment gateways.

4. Chargebacks

We strictly monitor fraudulent chargebacks. Any unjustified chargeback raised after the successful delivery of services will be contested with proof of service delivery, and the user account may be permanently banned.
